Shipping Policy
ZALUJA SHIPPING POLICY
At Zaluja, each order is prepared with care, intention, and respect for the ritual it will become part of. We aim to ship your order promptly while honouring thoughtful packaging and mindful handling.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During periods of high demand, new moon or full moon releases, or seasonal sales, processing times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, we’ll always keep you informed. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).
Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship Australia-wide. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak periods.
Tracking & Delivery
Where tracking is provided, you can follow your parcel using the tracking link in your dispatch email. Once your order has been handed to the courier:
• Zaluja is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier
• Zaluja is not liable for parcels marked as “delivered” but not received If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. Zaluja is not responsible for:
• Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Additional shipping fees required to resend returned parcels If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, we can arrange re-shipment at the customer’s expense.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging We’ll assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution.
