At Zaluja, our offerings are created as sacred tools for personal ritual and wellbeing. Because of the nature of our
products, we ask that you choose mindfully. This policy complies with Australian Consumer Law
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. This includes:
• Scent preference
• Crystal or botanical variation
• Ritual alignment or personal expectation
Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and energetic integrity, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
• Candles (burned or unburned)
• Mists, sprays, oils, or liquid products
• Smudge kits, incense, herbs, or botanicals
• Crystals and ritual tools once opened
• Digital products or downloads
Faulty or Damaged Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product:
• Is faulty or defective
• Is damaged during transit
• Is significantly different from its description
If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos or videos showing the fault
Once assessed, we will offer:
• A replacement
• A store credit
• Or a refund (where applicable)
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Please allow:
• 3–5 business days for processing
• Additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the funds
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Return Shipping If a return is approved:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
• Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Zaluja products may feature natural variations in:
• Crystal shape, size, or colour
• Botanical appearance
• Wax texture or minor surface markings
These are not considered faults and are part of the natural beauty of handcrafted items.
